Mission of the position

* To follow the quality installation delivered and certify the customer will received that was agreed, give to project performance analysis and support corrective actions

Main Responsibilities

* To be the Acceptance coordinator and Instalation quality manager for the project,

* Establish regular meetings with PM and GPM informing the quality installation performance and Contractors performance

* To create, agree and update the installation standards to project.

* To create, agree the Acceptance process and templates, take care for the process to be follow during the project.

* To be the interface between Huawei and customer areas about quality issues.

* Give support and information SSAR Quality Manager, PMO, HQ and regional staff about quality issues.

* Coordinate the acceptance process with customer and Huawei installation team.

2. POSITION PROFILE

Technical Abilities

- Installation Technical abilities
- Project Management, ISO 9000 , knowledge inventory, RF System, infra structure, ground, power, installation of telecom equipments, audits execution and Basic negotiation and Conflict Management

Personal Characteristics

- English and Spanish spoken.
- Fluent English as working language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team players, ability to handle ambiguity, anticipate & react to changes quickly.
- Client management & communication.
- 5 years experience in telecommunication companies, 3 years on installation QUALITY
- Self Management, critical, negotiator
_ Having experience in an international company will be considered as a plus.

3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Degree and Professional experience:

Bachelor or technical degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, ISO Internal auditor expert on telecom installation.
