Professional capable of managing End to End Automation Projects, based on Project Management Methodology, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering Processes, among others.
The Project Manager is the primary owner for project delivery and is responsible for cost, schedule and performance for the entire program.

Major Activities:
• Develop a in-depth understanding of client business needs
• Serve as principal interface between stakeholders (i.e client, extended project team, regional organizations)
• Manage communication plan trough project lifecycle
• Manage allocation of resoureces to ensure project/contract deliverables
• Manage and report project/financial figures trough project lifecycle
• Manage change order process and upscopes during project lifecycle
• Manage complex projects/programs that have multiple customers, multiple technologies, high volume and agressive time-spans
• Manage action plans to manage/improve performance trough project lifecycle
• Assess the financial impact of project through comparing baselined/forcasted numbers with actual figures
• Assess risks and opportunities and design mitigation plans
• Support and co-laborate with Lead Engineer in management of automation and technology aspects of the project
• Negotiate/resolve discrepancies and provide solutions or alternatives when issues arrise
• Teaming with Account Manager in business development initiatives from Project Management perspective

Requirements:
• More than 5 years experience in project management with bachelor´s degree and PMP or equivalent certification
• MBA desirable
• Conversational competences
• Multicultural experience in bordless organizations
• Works independently toward predetermined long-range targets
• Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making
• Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes
• Knowledge of automation industry desireable
• Ability to achieve results while focusing on client requirements and business success
• Fluent in English
