Professional capable of leading End to End Automation Projects, based on Project Management Methodology and Engineering Processes, among others.

Project leadership experience, business and broad technical skills.

Major Activities:

- Develop a in-depth understanding of client business needs
Lead the Engineering team
- Serve as principal technical interface between stakeholders (i.e client, extended project team, regional organizations)
- Manage automation and technology aspects of the project
- Manage communication plan trough project lifecycle
- Manage allocation of engineering resources to ensure project/contract deliverables
- Manage and report resource usage trough project lifecycle
- Manage change order process and upscopes during project lifecycle
- Manage complex projects/programs that have multiple customers, multiple technologies, high volume and agressive time-spans
- Manage action plans to manage/improve performance trough project lifecycle
- Assess risks and opportunities and co-design mitigation plans with Project Manager
- Document and share best practices
- Negotiate/resolve discrepancies and provide solutions or alternatives when issues arrise
- Teaming with Project Managers / Account Managers in business development initiatives from Engineering perspective
Act as SME in the organization

Requirements:

- More than 5 years experience working as engineering Leader with bachelor´s degree and PMP or equivalent certification
Automation magister desirable
- In-depth knowledge of automation industry: Oil&Gas and Mining vertical markets
- Conversational competences
- Multicultural experience in bordless organizations
- Strong technical/business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making
- Fluent in english
