I. Main Responsibilities
1) To organize supplier certification.
2) Lay down ordinary procurement strategies under appropriate guidance.
3) Invite the bid for ordinary projects independently and select suppliers according to the give strategy.
4) Independently negotiate with suppliers and prepare contracts, establish a local supplier management system and deal with sudden supplier accident as well as deal with ordinary problems encountered during the communication with suppliers.
5) establish supplier resource
6) fulfill procurement for telecom project including material and engineering cooperation
7) communicate with supplier and control their performance
8) reduce the company cost

Technical competences
1) good operation of computer
2) familiar with Microsoft office
3) good communication skill
4) good at sourcing supplier
5) familiar with telecom market of Chile and telecom equipment
6) good English skill
7) Experience in telecom market is welcome.

1) open and optimist
2) good communication skill
3) good learning
4) Chinese is welcome

Degree and Professional experience
University degree and 2 years experience
