Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all program supply management activities including:
a. Program-project procurement plans incl. integration with project management and project controls for requisition to orders processing status, purchase orders, payables and financial forecasting and procurement and logistics status reporting
b. Project supplier/subcontractor identification, qualification, approval and performance in quality, timeliness, safety, responsiveness and cost competitiveness
c. Management of Subcontracts, Master Agreements, and Purchase Orders from requisition processing through negotiations, procurement, expediting, material control, and logistics.
d. Ensuring policy and process compliance in purchases/subcontracts
Improvement and financial performance to meet or exceed the project budgets
e. Assessment of project(s) Suppliers/Subcontractors performance in quality, timeliness, and safety
2. Personnel administrative and work management for a team of 2 to 3 sourcing professionals
3. Reports to the Global Projects Strategic Sourcing Manager
4. Engages support through Global Commodity and Category Management teams in international supply management
Education & Experience
BS or BA required.
5 years Industrial Projects and Service Procurement preferred
5 years Team Work leadership required
5 years Personnel Administrative Management required
3 years Logistics and Trade Compliance preferred
2 years international supply management preferred
Six Sigma Green belt certification preferred
fluent Spanish and English required
