Operations Manager (COO), future CEO:
Needish (www.needish.cl ) plans for future expansion and we are now looking for great human resources. Our profiles vary in knowledge and experience but we all share 4 attributes:
Hard workers, creative, intelligent and muy buena onda!
We are looking for someone to manage the daily operations in our Chilean branch (development, sales and support etc.). Our idea is to find a young-minded and experienced COO who could eventually become the CEO of Needish Chile.
Your background probably looks something like:
Engineer or similar academical history
A couple of years experience in IT-development
A couple of years experience in managing IT-development
A couple of years experience in managing daily operations for a company or a department within a major company
Experiences in recruitment
You probably feel good about stating the following:
I am a non-pretentious, honest, motivating and helpful leader
I don't like the thought of working 9-5 and that's it (I am either passionate about my job or I leave)
I am very good at what I do
I have a natural interest for technology
I want to be part of building a truly modern organization, where few resources organized in a flat hierarchy manage to achieve greatness
I do not want a secretary going through my e-mails or taking my phone-calls for me (How would the secretary know what calls to let through?)
I am a user of www.needish.cl, and I see great potential in the Company.
I communicate with complete fluency in Spanish, English (and maybe more languages)
I have read some blog-posts at www.needish.com and I feel that I share the corporate and personal values communicated by the Needish bloggers.
I wouldn't feel weird about showing up to a potential interview wearing jeans and a sweater.
I feel confident that all my references if contacted would speak well about me and my performance.
